We're so excited to have Anna Quinn join us for our first Bites on the Balcony, Wednesday May 31st at 6:30. Her second novel, Angeline, is the story of a fledgling nun who must adjust to a new very feminist convent when her conservative original one is forced to close. Angeline is hoping to atone for a tragedy that caused family members to die, but struggles to fit in with this motley group. The Light in the Sea convent is far from universally accepted in the Northwest community they've settled in and violent threats emerge putting everyone on alert.
